Braglio Farms has been a family owned and operated business since 1962. Joseph “Poppa Joe” Braglio, and his son Wayne, started our farm in Woodstock, Maryland. We have taken root there, and pride ourselves on the same values that have been passed along from father to son for 5 generations.
Our meats are primarily raised on our farm and sourced locally to be finished at our USDA-PRIME guidelines. Due to seasonal supply and demand, we also source select meats from trusted local partner farms to ensure the highest quality and availability. The meats are flash frozen to be sealed for freshness. You will notice vibrant colors, more flavor, and better nutrition in fresh local food. We breed Charolais/Limousine cross & Charolais/Angus cross. Giving our beef great marbling, beefy flavor, and tenderness.
Our Pork & Poultry are hormone and nitrate free. We maintain a fresh healthy diet for all animals raised for Braglio Farms. If you know where and who raised your food then you can say, "I know where my food comes from!" whether it's from our own pastures or our network of trusted local producers.
